As the Lead Therapist at Wings of the Future, I bring over a decade of experience in trauma-informed care, addiction recovery, and mental health treatment. I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and am currently completing my doctorate in Educational Leadership and Trauma at Northcentral University. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #128683) with specialized training in CBT, DBT, EMDR, and crisis intervention.
My passion for therapy was born from my own lived experiences and a deep commitment to healing underserved communities. I believe every client has a story worth hearing and a life worth reclaiming, and I am honored to walk beside them on their path to recovery.
My therapy style is relational, compassionate, and direct. I integrate evidence-based modalities with a trauma-informed lens, meeting clients where they are while empowering them to access their own resilience. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with substance use, complex trauma, anxiety, and depression, using approaches that foster insight, self-awareness, and sustainable change.
What sets my work apart is a commitment to both the science and soul of healing. I believe therapy is sacred work, equal parts clinical strategy and human connection. My goal is to help each person feel seen, heard, and supported in reclaiming their story and re imagining their future.
Outside of the therapy room, I’m a mother of three, an advocate for all people, and the founder of a nonprofit that promotes mental wellness in marginalized communities.
