What is your mission?

Our mission is rooted in faith and resilience. We walk alongside individuals and families as they heal, rebuild, and thrive. As a trauma-informed non-profit dedicated to offering hope and restoration to our clients, we provide a blend of scripture- and evidence-based therapeutic techniques for a diverse range of concerns.

What are your office hours?
We are open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Our offices are closed on Sundays.
How do I schedule a consultation?

You can begin your journey with us by filling out our online intake form, or you can contact our offices by phone. Our Texas office can be reached at (682) 344-7701, and our California office can be reached at (661) 402-1545.

What insurance providers do you work with?
We accept a wide range of insurances, including Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, Cigna, Tricare, Medicare, United Healthcare, Ambetter, and Molina. We are also proud to work with CalOptima Health and Superior HealthPlan. Check this page for a full list!
Do you offer counseling/therapy for children and adults?

Yes, we provide specialized care and services for children, including behavioral and family reunification therapy, as well as individual, couples, and group therapy options for adults.

Are your therapy services strictly faith-based?
We are a Christian-centered organization, but we honor each client’s beliefs. We integrate scriptural wisdom along with proven clinical methods to provide a holistic approach that respects where each client is on their spiritual and wellness journey.
Are your therapists licensed?

Absolutely. We’ve put together a team of experienced professionals that includes Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) and therapists who specialize in trauma and court-involved cases.

What makes your practice different from other counseling or therapy services?

We provide a holistic, trauma-informed approach that aligns the head, heart, and body. We are a nonprofit organization with deep roots in our communities and a firm commitment to advocating for trauma-informed care within the legal and CPS systems.

What trauma therapy services do you offer?

We specialize in several key areas, including armed forces recovery and veterans’ trauma, childhood trauma, family trauma, and individual trauma for those who have been through domestic violence or systemic challenges.

What is “somatic healing”?
Somatic healing focuses on the mind-body connection, and we use it to help our clients process trauma that may be “stored” physically. It helps align your physical and emotional well-being to deliver a more complete recovery experience.
Do you offer veteran support?

Yes, we are proud to provide specialized trauma therapy and counseling specifically for members of the Armed Forces and veteran clients. We are well-equipped to help address the unique challenges and experiences associated with military service.

How do I know if I would benefit from trauma-informed therapy services?
If you find yourself struggling with past pain, feeling stuck, or experiencing physical symptoms of stress related to past events, trauma-informed care may be able to help. Our team is happy to schedule a consultation to help you explore whether our services would be a good fit for your needs.
Do you provide court-ordered therapy and assessments?

Yes, we are highly experienced in handling court-ordered mental health assessments, including diagnosis, and therapy services. Some of our areas of expertise include court-ordered anger management, co-parenting counseling, domestic violence counseling, mediation services, parenting skills training, and work/life skills & stress management. We also offer the option to receive enrollment, progress, and completion letters for a nominal fee.

Can you assist with CPS-involved cases?

Yes, we specialize in assisting families who are navigating the complexities of CPS and the legal system. You can also inquire about our CPS Workbook and resource guides, which we designed to help families understand the processes and work toward reunification.

Do you offer substance abuse counseling?

Yes, substance abuse counseling is one of the many specialty services we offer our clients. We are particularly adept at helping clients address the underlying trauma that often accompanies substance use disorders, and we provide a holistic approach to mental health that centers on the mind and the body as you work toward recovery.

Do you offer marriage or divorce counseling?

Yes, we work with couples who want to strengthen their bond through marriage counseling or who are looking for assistance navigating the challenges that come with an impending separation.

Is virtual care an option for your therapy services?

Many of our therapy and coaching services are available through virtual appointments, as we serve clients in both Texas and California. Our virtual services allow you to easily access the counseling and wellness services you need from the comfort of home.
