I am Justin Keehne. As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, I offer a supportive, thoughtful space for individuals, couples, and families to explore challenges, strengthen relationships, and work through life’s more difficult moments.
My clinical background includes training in a variety of evidence-based approaches, which allows me to meet each client where they are. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Bowen Family Systems, Choice Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). This integrative approach helps balance insight with practical tools, while honoring the complexity of each individual and family system.
I was drawn to this work through a genuine belief in the human capacity for resilience and transformation. What continues to motivate me is witnessing clients develop deeper self-understanding, reconnect with their values, and experience more meaningful relationships—both with themselves and with others.
My therapy style is collaborative, grounded, and compassionate. I strive to create a space that feels safe, calm, and nonjudgmental, where clients can slow down, reflect, and explore patterns at their own pace. I believe therapy is most effective when it feels like a partnership rather than a prescription.
At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens through connection, curiosity, and choice. I see therapy not as a place to “fix” what is broken, but as a space to better understand yourself, build healthier relationships, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
