Tier 1: Standard Supervised Visitation (Neutral Monitoring)

Designed for lower-risk cases where a neutral supervisor is required.
Includes:
    • Intake session (completed separately with each parent)
    • Child orientation (when appropriate)
    • Supervised visit sessions (typically 1–2 hours)
    • Written observation report (available when requested/ordered)
Typical Fees
    • Intake (per parent): $150–$250
    • Supervised visits: $75–$125 per hour
    • Report writing: $40–$75 per report
    • Late cancellation/no-show: full session fee.

Tier 2: Therapeutic Supervised Visitation

Designed for emotionally complex or higher-risk cases when the court approves a more structured, clinically-informed approach.
May include:
    • Clinical-level observation
    • Structured parenting feedback
    • Behavioral coaching during visits (only when permitted)
    • Detailed court reporting when required
Typical Fees
    • $125–$175 per hour (plus reporting fees, when applicable)

 

Tier 3: Monitored Exchanges Only

Supervisor is present during child transfer only (pick-up/drop-off).
Best for:
    • Reducing conflict during exchanges
    • Providing structure and accountability
    • Supporting a calmer transition for the child

    • $50–$100 per exchange

Step 3: Separate Parent Intakes
Each parent completes intake separately. Expectations and safety rules are explained clearly.
