David Boothe serves as the Operations Director and Chief Financial Officer, bringing a strong background in finance, operations, quality control, compliance, and organizational systems. With decades of professional experience in the chemical and manufacturing industries, David has developed a disciplined approach to process improvement, data management, regulatory compliance, staff training, and operational oversight.

David’s career includes extensive experience in quality assurance, analytical chemistry, laboratory operations, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement. He has worked with advanced quality management systems, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and QC 080000 standards. His background also includes SAP data entry, analytical reporting, troubleshooting, safety compliance, and Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma improvement initiatives.

In addition to his chemical industry experience, David has direct administrative and financial experience within the mental health field. As a Biller and Payroll Administrator for Wings of the Future Private Practice LCSW PC, he managed billing and payroll functions, verified insurance eligibility, processed claims, resolved billing discrepancies, monitored outstanding accounts, and maintained accurate financial and operational records.

As Operations Director and CFO, David brings structure, accountability, and strategic financial oversight to the organization.
