I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with children, adolescents, families, and adults, helping clients navigate challenges related to trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, behavioral concerns, family conflict, and substance use recovery.
My approach to therapy is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and guided by a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth, healing, and meaningful change when provided with the right support and tools. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to work toward their personal goals.
I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and find hope during difficult seasons of life. For clients who desire it, I also welcome conversations about faith and spirituality as a source of strength and healing.
I have 10 years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families, with a focus on trauma, family systems, behavioral concerns, anxiety, depression, and substance use recovery.
